Do I need any technical knowledge to use this? +
Not at all. You fill out an onboarding questionnaire — the same kind of questions any assistant would ask. We handle all the technical setup, server configuration, and integrations. You just connect your accounts via normal OAuth (the same "Sign in with Google" flow you use everywhere else).
Is my client data safe? Can anyone else see it? +
Your data lives on a dedicated server that is yours alone — not shared infrastructure. Your API keys stay on your server. We access it only via SSH for maintenance with your permission. No one else's data is co-located with yours. All storage is encrypted at rest. We have a detailed security architecture document available on request.
What CRMs do you support? +
Currently: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Redtail, and Wealthbox. Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Zoom are fully supported. Additional integrations can be built for VIP clients. We're always adding new integrations — suggest one and we'll let you know timeline.
Will it send emails without my approval? +
Only if you want it to. By default, your AI drafts emails for your review before sending. You can set "auto-send rules" for specific cases (like standard responses to meeting requests), but you're always in control. Nothing goes out without your explicit rules.
